Flocor Inc., is subsidiary of Deschenes Group Inc. and a leader in the industrial pipe, valve and fitting distribution industry. We are searching for a Pricing & Purchase Agreement Admin for the assessment, management and maintenance of Flocor’s purchase agreements (PA), review, inputting and maintenance of selling price sheets, tracking sales associated with PA’s, the creation of regular codes and the maintenance of the liquidation list. This position will work in frequent contact with the Pricing and Marketing Manager and the Purchasing Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assess Purchase Agreements (PA) for type, value, dates, customer, job/project, etc. and document
- Create a system by which to track P.A.s (utilizing Excel or tracking system)
- Enter P.A. into ERP system as a BID (selling determined by regional Inside Sales Manager (ISM)/Regional Managers (RM))
- Flip P.A. BID to a Contract Order, Contract Profile or Job Profile (selling determined by the regional ISM/RM)
- Advise PIM team of items not created to initiate item creation
- Create Price Sheet for the P.A. (verify with purchasing)
- Track all sales and dates associated with the customer P.A. to ensure customer purchases do not exceed P.A. value and or expiry dates
- Maintain P.A. price sheets
- Advise A.R. on job / project P.A.s
- Responsible to make appropriate changes to price lists when requested or due to the A/P or P/O reports, to maintain headings of the price list (dates, discounts, etc)
- Responsible to work with the Regions to centralize regional vendor price sheets, to maintain current costing, update price sheets as required and/or requested, communicate changes to the Pricing and Marketing Manager
- Responsible to participate in the Company Health and Safety Program, to undertake training as required/requested, to ensure adherence to all Health and Safety guidelines
- Generate inquiries, reports and queries as required/requested
- Report monthly on P.A.s (P.A. value depletion, upcoming expiry dates, other metrics TBD) to Pricing & Marketing Manger, Purchasing Manager, ISM and RM
- Report on P.A. margins on a monthly basis
- Assists with special projects/assignments as required/requested
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma in Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum eighteen months (18) experience preferably within a working background in pricing/costing/billing /data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and negotiations/problem solving skills
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Possess an advanced level of computer competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and good mathematical skills
- Self-starter, well organized with ability to multi-task and execute a plan of action
- Must be able to self-manage and prioritize goals with mínimal supervision
