We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Manager to join our team. As a Night Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our establishment, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and exceptional guest service throughout the night.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Night Audit team
- Prepare the daily night audit proceedings and system back-ups
- Audit, balance and report on all cash and credit operations to include but not limited to, over/short figures, deposits, counts, house charges, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information.
- Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, providing excellent customer service.
- Own guest concerns and provide service recovery as appropriate.
- Work closely with security when on duty to provide a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.
- Ensure any discrepancies are reported and brought to the attention of the Rooms Division Manager.
- Prepare Daily Operations reports accurately
- Assist in taking and placing wake-up calls, as needed.
- Perform the duties of Guest Service Agent including check in/check out.
- Have thorough knowledge of emergency and front office procedures.
- Ensure the safety and well being of guests and staff during the overnight period.
- Responsible for maintaining up to date checklists
- Working closely with the Accounting Manager and Guest Services Manager
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Night Auditor/Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Fosse) and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or hospitality is a plus.
