Fin de l’emploi : Vendredi le 1 septembre 2023 (flexible, plus un autre quart de travail en fin de semaine, en septembre, pour décharger le camion à son retour à l’entrepôt)

**SURVOL**:

- Réparer et remettre à neuf, en 2 à 3 semaines (d’avril à la mi-mai à Burlington, ON), tout l’équipement d’opération de tournoi remisé dans l’entrepôt de Golf Canada en prévision du premier championnat.
- Exécuter toutes les tâches opérationnelles en utilisant cet équipement sur le site de chaque championnat (à Toronto, ON, en juin et à Vancouver, C.B. en août).

**PRINCIPALES TÂCHES**:

- Se rendre à chaque site de tournoi pour monter et démonter l’équipement d’opérations.
- Collaborer avec le personnel des opérations de Golf Canada et les fournisseurs locaux pour assurer l’efficacité opérationnelle du site.
- Installer les infrastructures de tournoi partout sur le terrain.
- Planter tous les piquets et y passer les cordes tout le long du parcours de championnat pour contrôler les foules durant le jeu.
- Aider à la création, à la production et à l’installation de signalisation sur le terrain et dans la ville hôte.
- Obtenir des devis et passer les commandes d’équipement opérationnel à utiliser sur le site.
- Collaborer avec les comités de bénévoles pour faire en sorte que le programme élaboré de bénévolat des Championnats professionnels de Golf Canada puisse fonctionner de façon optimale.
- Livrer les fournitures de tournoi aux comités de bénévoles (équipement de pointage, dossards de cadets, fournitures de bureau, etc.).
- Concevoir et produire certaines affiches de tournoi.
- Installer les cordes et autres barrières temporaires de contrôle des foules autour des zones de jeu.
- Faire l’inventaire de tout l’équipement d’opérations, y compris les listes de dossards et plaques de noms de joueurs, les affiches d’hospitalité, la signalisation de parcours, etc.
- Autres tâches sur affectation du coordonnateur des opérations ou le gestionnaire des opérations.

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Permis de conduire valide (automobiles et camionnettes).
- Désir de travailler dans le domaine du sport professionnel.
- Aptitude à travailler manuellement et à soulever des charges (environ 20 à 35 kg).
- Capacité de manier habilement les outils électriques de base.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et efficacité multitâches.
- Maturité d’esprit favorisant un environnement de travail coopératif et sécuritaire.
- Une formation préalable en santé et sécurité au travail est un atout.
- Un permis d’opération d’appareil de manutention hors route (fourche lève-palette) est un atout.
- Haut niveau d’énergie et enthousiasme (l’expérience de travail tôt le matin et pour de longues journées est un atout).
- Une connaissance de base du golf et de l’étiquette golfique est un atout.
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un atout.

**Déplacements**:

- Certains déplacements seront nécessaires pendant la durée de cet emploi.

**Hébergement**:

- L’hébergement et le transport seront assurés pour une partie des mois de juin et d’août (frais de voyage, logement, indemnité quotidienne durant le séjour à Toronto et à Vancouver).

**HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL**:
À l’entrepôt : lundi à vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h (avril à mi-mai, juillet).

Sur le site de compétition : lundi à vendredi, de 7 h à 17 h; quelques week-ends et jours fériés aussi (juin, septembre).
