**How you will make a difference**
- Responsible for planning and implementing inventory levels to meet the business requirements as it relates to the S&OP Plan
- Manages the MPS and Forecast entries monthly
- Manages slow moving items and reports obsolescence on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Conducts detailed analysis of all materials to determine the best order replenishment strategy to meet Avidbots inventory reduction goal
- Reports inventory status on a weekly basis, providing justification when inventory does not align within monthly projected targets
- Identifies inventory to be sold to suppliers (current sub-assembly subcontracts)
- Key representative in all CIB meetings to ensure all operations-related actions are complete
- Additional responsibilities as required
This is an individual contributor reporting directly to our Materials Manager.
**Preferred qualifications and key skills**
- Supply Chain Management Diploma (3-year program)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a diverse group of professionals, as working with a team is vital to this role to drive improvements
- Deliverable-focused, strong work ethic
**Minimum qualifications**
- 3 or more years of working experience in a dedicated Material Planner / Inventory Analyst role (or equivalent)
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
