We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Manager to join our team.

As a Production Manager at Ecosystem Informatics Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly, testing, and deployment processes of our products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Production Planning and Coordination:

- Develop production plans and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth production workflow.
- Monitor production progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to create production processes and run production.

2. Assembly and Testing:

- Supervise/perform the assembly process of products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Implement quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues during the assembly phase.
- Oversee the testing procedures to verify product functionality and performance.

3. Deployment and Delivery:

- Coordinate the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished products according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of components and materials.
- Address any customer concerns or inquiries related to product delivery or performance.
- Visit customer site to understand deployment setup and, when needed, perform the deployment.

4. Process Improvement and Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to production management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology company.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
