Established in 1897, the Calgary Golf & Country Club is Western Canada's premier private members' golf, recreation, and social club. Calgary Golf & Country Club is looking for motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a **Banquet** **Server.** As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering impeccable service during events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and special occasions of all sizes. From setup to breakdown, you will ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, exceeding our guests' expectations with your professionalism and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up banquet rooms according to event sheets, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and table settings appropriately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, following established serving etiquette and standards.
- Monitor guests' needs throughout the event, anticipating and addressing any requests or issues promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas during and after the event, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including chefs, bartenders, and event planners, to deliver seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is required.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
