Patient Experience Administrator

Movement Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy is looking for a part-time Patient Experience Administrator to join our multidisciplinary medical team of Physiotherapists and Sports Medicine doctors.
**Customer service experience is required **as we _**deeply prioritize **_creating a warm, welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Ability to effectively read & assess social interactions and respond appropriately is a highly valued skill.
**Administration/management experience are an asset** as applicants should also be able to handle multiple tasks/interactions in an efficient manner. As well as be able to troubleshoot/manage/improvise difficult/unique situations.
- Weds: 7:30am-3:30pm
- Weds: 1pm-8pm
- Thurs: 12pm-8pm
The following shifts may require coverage on occasion as well, availability for these is not required:
- Mon 7:30am-3:30pm
- Tues: 1pm-8pm
- Fri: 8am-4pm
- Sat: 9am-4pm
*Please note: We are not looking for summer positions at this time, but thank you for your consideration
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Providing best possible experience to patients through comfortable conversation and great willingness to help both staff and patients as best as you can
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and patients receive best possible care by coordinating with patients, staff, and other medical centres.
- Managing practitioner schedules as efficiently as possible (knowledge of Jane and Accuro EMR are an asset)
- Coordinating with patients and staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and patients receive best possible care
- Corresponding with other clinics and referring doctors via fax in accordance with CPSO privacy requirements
- Bookkeeping: Processing, and reconciling payments. Recording data
- Inventory management
- Participating in team meetings to discuss opportunities for professional growth
- Completing tasks in accordance within given deadlines
- Easily able to adapt and improvise in any situation/environment
- Easy to talk to, makes people feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of
- Reliable; is considerate of workplace schedule and fellow admins
- Takes initiative: able to manage/complete tasks on their own & as a team
- Proficient in Google Workspace systems and/or Jane, & Accuro EMR
- Proficient multitasker capable of utilizing multiple operating systems at once white also handling client interactions
- Comfortable interacting with patients in a calm, and pleasant manner. Especially in high pressure or intense situations
