Soleno, a Quebec industrial eco-leader, is currently seeking a sales manager for its various sectors (ICI, residential, agricultural and forestry) to cover the Ontario region.

Soleno is first and foremost a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes high quality solutions for the control and management of rainwater in an efficient, ecological and sustainable way.

**Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will**:

- Lead and supervise a large team of sales representatives, covering the Ontario geographic area
- Prepare budget forecasts for the Ontario region, monitor them and implement corrective measures
- Maintain active and prospective customers, and establish network with key players in the respective markets
- Serve as a corporate representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and exhibitions
- Be accountable for achieving the company's strategic sales objectives and setting team goals
- Establish and analyze performance indicators for the sales team and propose action plans to improve quality, cost of goods sold, sales cycle, customer experience, etc.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with sales management to maintain the company's competitiveness and innovation
- Set departmental and individual objectives according to corporate strategic orientations, determine action plans and ensure their deployment and monitoring
- All other related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in civil engineering or administration or a relevant technical discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual, spoken and written (asset)
- Knowledge of the industry and sales techniques
- Able to solve problems, write technical proposals, manage priorities, work in a team and under pressure, you are persuasive, structured, analytical, independent, good communicator and results-oriented
