**About Us**:
We are a new entrant in the food and beverage industry with a focus on plant-based food products that are tasty, sustainable and convenient. Our core team has over 100 combined years of culinary, marketing, engineering, and food science expertise in creating and developing novel and innovative products.

**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Order processing
- Pricing validation including discounts with Sales Planning team
- Organization of shipments with internal Supply Chain
- Creating international docs relevant customs clearance
- Attending forecasting and demand planning meetings to assist with aligning future volume and customer specifications with order demand
- Providing customers with exceptional service including but not limited to orders, product details, shipments, billing, returns and credits
- Work closely with the sales team and the broker network

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Intermediate proficiency with all Microsoft programs
- Oracle Netsuite experience is _preferred_
- Experience working with international shipping and or logistics is _preferred_
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with various business channels
- Fluent in English and (French) is not necessary
- Proficient and knowledgeable with English spelling, grammar, and written communications
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones
- Experience in FMCG industry is _preferred_
- Customer Service Experience _**required**_
