**Owner Experience Coordinator (Front Desk/Concierge) - Part-Time.**

Always lending a helping hand with a smile. Your passion for Customer Service, Admin and Property Care, as well as your respect for our Owners’ homes will ensure that our owners feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

**We are looking for one team member who has Customer Service/Concierge/Front Desk/Admin experience, but who likes a bit of variety**

**PT - 3 days a week (Sat to Mon) - Varied shifts.**

**We are small team of varied and ages and backgrounds, so we welcome all applicants in the area.**

**What you will be doing (Owner Experience Coordinator)**:

- Help coordinate the day-to-day operations with friendly and engaging service
- Handle the Owner arrival experience & departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our owners
- Booking massages, activities, transfers and dinner reservations
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including the lodge, health club, spa, change rooms, washrooms, and pool area
- Ensure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness
- Perform housekeeping touch up duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Comply with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts policies and procedures

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Prior experience working with RDP or a related hospitality system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Canadian Driver's License in good standing
- Attention to detail and administrative skills required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.52 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
