**Job Description**:

- Lead the day-to-day operations to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle the Owner arrival experience & departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our owners
- Ensure Owner homes and Lodge meet standards of quality and cleanliness

**Qualifications**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Prior experience working with RDP or a related property mnagament system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- BC drivers' license required
- Attention to detail, and administrative skills required
