_Central Industrial Solutions_ is a full service t-slotted aluminum framing distributor and fabricator and industrial plastics supplier. We work with our clients to design custom solutions for machine safety, work flow and ergonomics. We are a small and dynamic team that focuses heavily on customer service and satisfaction.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Complete customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist customers in placing orders
- Order entry in Acumatica. We are currently transitioning from Sage 300 to Acumatica.
- Create a monthly sales budget & action plan
- Prepare paperwork for shop/production
- Assist customers with product selection/information
- Assist walk-in customers (same as above)
- Keep concise records of customer’s requirements, conversations, correspondence, etc.
- Dealing with and reporting customer complaints, concerns
- Stay on top of customer’s requests to ensure timely response to their needs
- Calculate and prepare quotations in a timely manner
- Follow up on quotations
- Ensure all customers are treated with respect in a helpful, friendly manner
- Provide customers with all required documents which may be requested (i.e. Order Confirmations, Certificates of Compliance, Quotations, Material Specifications, etc.)
- Follow up with customers to ensure we met or exceeded performance on jobs
- Keep in touch with customers to provide new information on products/services as required
- Proactively reach out to existing and new potential customers
- Keep accurate, concise records of changes with customers (i.e. Keep contact names, information current in our ERP, Update customer’s accounts in ERP with pertinent information)
- Create invoices and send out to customers
- Filing
- Purchase inventory following company procedures
- Stock adjustments
- Job Costing
- Assist with year end inventory count
- Arranging shipping for incoming/outgoing materials
- Check for accuracy on customer’s orders prior to shipping
- Various other duties as may be required by management from time-to-time
- Various marketing projects as required by management

**Skills & Education**
- Minimum college grad in either sales/marketing or business related course
- Must have good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Experience with Acumatica and Google Mail a bonus
- Good math skills (ability to calculate yields, ability to work with both Imperial & Metric measurements)
- Ability to understand drawings, hand drawn and CAD
- Not afraid to ask for help if unsure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
