**Job Description Summary**: Managed Equipment Services (MES) program management. A strategic role with primary responsibility for successful implementation and delivery of contract commitments in a key customer program.
**Managed Equipment Services (**MES) Program Manager**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary customer point of contact in respect of all contract deliverables related to the Managed Equipment Service Agreement (MESA)
- Responsible for ensuring all services are performed in accordance with the MESA and contract deliverables are met and issues are escalated for resolution.
- Maintain open and effective communication, functioning as customer advocate to GE Healthcare management and representing GE HealthCare in all project related business and contractual discussions with the customer.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain project plans for delivery obligations using appropriate project management tools. Monitor any variations, escalate and resolve issues.
- Identify, document, and manage risk and mitigation actions.
- Participate in required MES committees including the operations committee, investment committee and necessary working groups.
- Manage procurement of replacement equipment in scope of the MES:
- Work with a procurement specialist to ensure all relevant inputs are provided
- review, update and implement the equipment replacement plan in accordance with agreed timelines and contract obligations
- work with the customer to ensure contract compliance
**Required**
- Clear thinking and excellent communication skills. Strong decision-making skills with an ability to balance priorities and say “no” when appropriate.
- Demonstrates a Solutions mindset with an ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound customer solutions.
- Comprehensive project management skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder matrices preferably within a similar Healthcare technology company or healthcare provider.
- Proven record in developing strong customer relationships, with excellent networking, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading ad-hoc cross-functional and customer / supplier teams.
**Desired**
- 5+ years working in the healthcare environment, including exposure to major medical technologies, clinical workflows, operational & maintenance processes
- Experience within MES environments / contracts with understanding of the complex operating requirements and expectations
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or clinical area or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
