**About the Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing team calendars, preparing documents and presentations, and maintaining filing systems to ensure efficient team operations.
- **Client Coordination**: Function as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance. Coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- **Project Management**: Assist in the coordination of projects, track deadlines, and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to drive projects to completion.
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and property listings. Prepare and distribute regular reports on market activity, team performance, and other metrics.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement, share best practices, and support the achievement of collective goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment.
- A positive attitude, detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to professionalism.
