**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Operations**:Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Assist in managing appointment scheduling.
- **Administrative Support**:Maintaining client records, and ensuring intake forms are up to date. Processing payments and handling all supplies and inventory orders/tasks. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Coordination**:Work closely with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth daily operations and assist with patient flow. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception/ treatment area.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all client interactions adhere to privacy laws and clinic policies, including maintaining the confidentiality of client information.

**Requirements**
- **Experience**:5 years previous experience as a receptionist or a similar administrative role is necessary. Experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Experience with Jane or a similar booking software is ideal.
- **Organizational Abilities**:Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- **Professionalism**:Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide outstanding customer service.
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is advantageous.

Seeking to fill 2 positions, 15-25hr/week

3-6pm Monday
- Wednesday, Friday. Thursday 3-7pm, Saturday 10-5pm. Evenings and weekend availability is required.

Pay Based on experience. Commission on retail product sales.

Training expected to start as soon as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
