**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise business software services
- Able to communicate effectively with senior executives and decision makers
- Highly skilled in listening, presenting and written communication
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Work in a team environment and ability to work cross‐functionally
- Proven problem solving capabilities demonstrated by providing examples of finding solutions in challenging situations
- Able to deliver the majority of the work with clients remotely and travel onsite as required for various phases of discussions and negotiations
- Meet all deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a highly autonomous and self-directed environment
As a Customer Account Manager at Planbox, you will be the Innovation Success Manager who will work closely with all internal teams to manage the relationship with customers to meet and exceed their objectives and success criteria. As their trusted Innovation advisor, you will own the customer relationship as the sole source of contact for all account inquiries and feedback as well as the main point of escalation for any client issues.
**Responsibilities**
- Own the customer relationship and be their main account point of contact
- Understand the client’s business and how Planbox can add value
- Ensure clients renew agreement
- Identify opportunities for additional sales through new service, software or support offerings
- Maintain senior leadership connection with the client's’ organization and Planbox
- Be able to clearly articulate the client’s innovation objectives
- Understand the client’s operations and related business processes
- Ensure close collaboration and partnership between Planbox and key client team members and executives
- Work with Planbox Professional Services, Support, Product, Sales and Executive team to ensure client relationships are solid at all levels and we are able to under promise and over deliver on all necessary fronts
- Clearly plan out each account in terms of the right effort required to achieve expected results and ensure there is great transparency in client communication and internally
- Ensure clear records are maintained in CRM, document repository and other systems to properly track, report and review performance
- Maintain account pulse on a monthly basis and ensure a quarterly innovation results discussion as well as a more thorough annual meeting with each client
- Travel up to 25% of the time
