POSITION OVERVIEW

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
The Marine marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand generation & Marketing Communication Channel Management to join our mission to “Make Waves in Marine”.

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Brand and Content, our agency partners and shared services experts, you are responsible for all brand (B2C) and dealer marketing (B2B2C) activations, from campaign ideation and development, to go-live and optimisation.

Marketing Innovations and Efficiency

You support retail growth by bringing our brands’ equity to the next level by focusing on consumer experience and consumer engagement
- Inspiring and engaging: content to the right people, at the right place, at the right time

People & Relation Management

You act as a mentor, a coach and a reference, and develop team members engagement by leveraging dynamic and inspiring leadership tactics

You lead a team of professionals working on developing and bringing to life reach plans designed to win the hearts and minds of our consumers, ultimately winning market shares

You manage the relation with our sales team/dealer network development team, media agency, research agency and marketing shared services teams
- You understand how important relationships are to the efficiency of our plans
- You know how to leverage the right people, knowledge, skills, data and insights

You partner with Sales to ensure dealer marketing programs are adopted, communicated, and shared throughout the dealer network

Program Management

You examine the customer experience across all channels to ensure we are meeting the consumers needs and maximizing engagement

You manage the brands’ activation budgets throughout the annual budget cycle: annual planning and budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly actual in addition to its full execution

Data, Insights and Optimization

You take accountability for campaign performance by systematically tracking results against targets, leveraging internal (Data & Insights shared services team) and external (agencies) resources, leading a formalized governance, demonstrating agility and a great ability to think outside the box, recommending ways to improve plans effectiveness to against campaign and business objectives

You recommend and conduct marketing research to better influence the consumer engagement strategies, such as pre/post campaign trackers, consumer profiles and segmentation, etc.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Master’s degree in marketing or communication ideal.

Minimum 10 years experience in marketing and communication function

You have agency and client-side experience

Excellent communicator, spoken and written; excellent PowerPoint presentation skills

You know how to adapt to different audiences

**Key business instincts**: you understand the company’s vision and mission and translate them into a plan at your level
