**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for the Product & Content Marketing team, supporting the Points unit, you will be responsible for defining the value proposition, positioning and messaging for a portfolio of Points’ products for loyalty programs worldwide. The PMM plays a key role in driving demand, usage and continued relevance of our products through their lifecycle to support Points’ sales and growth objectives.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, and collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, Partner Strategy and other key stakeholders, the PMM will be responsible for:
- Defining and regularly evaluating optimal value proposition, positioning and messaging for their portfolio of products and features for each market.
- Telling compelling stories about their products and ensuring those carry through in our marketing communications and sales conversations.
- Developing sales collateral and content including but not limited to: pitch decks, case studies and sales training materials.
- Leveraging market intelligence and product performance to shape new, or optimize existing products and features that drive growth.
- Defining optimal go-to-market marketing strategy for new products or features, including target members, channel mix, and messaging.
**YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH**:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or B2B/B2B2C marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, insights, and trends, and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging
- Experience in conducting and/or leveraging consumer, competitive or industry research
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, and ability to gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
- Resourceful and able to prioritize ruthlessly
- Loyalty experience is an asset
