**POSITION TITLE**:Client and Community Liaison (CCL)**
**PROGRAM**:Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants***
**REPORTS TO**: Program Manager**
**LOCATION: Based in Newton/Richmond, with travel to other locations required**
**STATUS: Full Time**
**HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. (On occasion may be** required to work evenings or weekends)**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years in Marketing, Public relations and/or Market Research.
- Strong understanding of labour market and employer/community needs.
- Valid Driver’s License, own vehicle, willing to travel.
- A criminal record check is required for this position.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or appropriate combination of education and experience in a sales and marketing setting.
Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of Wordpress, Photoshop and Adobe preferred.
- Superior oral communication skills.
- Good problem solving, critical and creative thinking skills.
- Able to exercise good judgment.
- Organized and able to promote diverse groups.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as in a team.
- Takes initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure.
- Works to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
