**What Will You Do?**
- Responsible for all required training and orientation of new and current drivers at the Mississauga terminal. Includes in cab ride along
- Canada-only and cross-border drivers.
- Road test prospective drivers. Provide input to supervisor on hiring.
- Train prospective Erb employees for upgrading of their licences and any required retraining. M.T.O. signing authority will be required
- Check drivers’ licences with the M.T.O. on a regular basis.
- Conduct safety meetings as required. Plan and research selected topics according to driver meeting schedule set out by supervisor. Ensure attendance is recorded
- Assist in interviewing and screening prospective drivers and brokers with Supervisor.
- Assist in log auditing and driver record maintenance in accordance with U.S. file requirements.
- Coaching of DriveCam events with drivers based in Mississauga. Maintain an overdue for coaching threshold of less than 10%.
- Aid in recruitment functions that require Driver Services staff in attendance. This includes but is not limited to terminal
- job fairs, industry truck shows.
- Ensure supply of new driver material is adequate. Assemble when required.
- Liaison to Terminal Manager with status updates on hiring and driver issues when the Driver Supervisor is absent.
- Aid in the compliance of the driver files of TruckRight.
- All other duties as required.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Valid AZ/ Class1 License
- 2-5 years of previous commercial driving experience required
- Disciplined and detail oriented with a commitment to follow policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills as dealing with Operations staff, drivers, Driver Supervisor are essential.
- Knowledge of trucking industry.
- Willingness to advance educations.
- Team player
