Retail Operations Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase retail sales and improve customer experience.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for the store, including sales forecasting and cost management.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the executive team to promote in-store and online sales through various channels.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in children's footwear or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with brick and mortar and online retail operations and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Budgeting and financial management experience.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
