About the Role

The Retail Store Supervisor Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train or arrange for training of sales staff, assign duties, and authorize payments.

  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory.

  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, provide excellent oral communication skills, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • 1-2 Years Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail or similar environment is essential.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player qualities are necessary.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
