**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with and oversee all daily business operations of the construction crew projects
- More specifically, assist with the short
- and long-term scheduling and deployment of concrete, millwrighting, electrical, and construction crews across several different projects
- Compile headcount and location assignment reports and distribute them to relevant departments
- Produce clear and concise business correspondence on behalf of various management team members
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, site sketches, and technical specifications to support the scheduling and deployment process
- Coordinate delivery of material and resources for multiple projects/sites
- Participate in job costing exercises and analyses
- Ordering construction supplies, equipment and services to support our field team
- Entering project data into various databases and spreadsheets to facilitate job tracking and job costing exercises
- Making travel arrangements, managing calendars, arranging meetings
- Assisting with shipping and receiving processes
- Working occasionally with construction crews to learn how to better support them from the office
- Handle any internal/external issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for continuous improvements
- Provide administrative and technical support to other office staff and field staff as required

**Qualifications**:

- 3 or more years of experience in a similar role in a Construction and/or Agricultural setting assisting with the management of construction projects with a value of $100,000 or more (this experience could in the field or in the office)
- A strong work ethic; A typical work week for this position during the construction season will be 48 hours or more
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good English and math skills
- A clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
