As the front desk/administrative assistant you are a key resource for the business to manage the day-to-day business of internal office functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and data management projects. **What You'll Do**
- Prepare outgoing documents for couriers daily.
- Answering and screening telephone calls
- Preparing reports, maintaining paperwork and data records ensuring they are up-to-date and easy to access,
- Establish priorities to meet deadlines.
- Management and creation of spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
- Utilizing office equipment such as postage, envelope inserter machine, photocopier, printer, etc.
- Managing stocks of office supplies (pens, paper, stationery, etc.).
- Distribution and ordering of office supplies as per company program.
- Provide additional support to various teams as required.
- Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Superior organizational and time management skills with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and business writing skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines, as well as the flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.
- Possess strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze a situation or issue, determine options and select the most effective solution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proven experience as an office clerk, or other clerical position
- Proven data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Applicable knowledge of office devices and procedures
- Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
