**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As the Financial Controller at Lovett Signs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our financial operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and drive financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
