We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Schedule and Service
Coordinator, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with community clients by providing courteous, efficient and professional interactions in the scheduling of service personnel. The position performs functions related to communicating with clients, and the efficient coordination of scheduling service personnel, at convenient dates and times, within the Greater Toronto Area. This position will report to the President.

This a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. While the work hours are typically 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, after hours work may be required, from time to time.

Due to the unique nature of the position, training will be done in-house and on the job.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing efficient installation and maintenance schedules, and routes, within the

Greater Toronto Area for service personnel.
- Contacting community clients to confirm convenient dates and times, and the related installation details.
- Reviewing schedule details, in respect of the types and numbers of equipment to be installed to ensure that the times and routes are efficient and that installers have sufficient time to accommodate the work, and any travel considerations between installations.
- Providing exceptional customer experience, addressing referrer, client and family concerns regarding the installations, and/or equipment maintenance.
- Accurately maintain installation logs, and service records.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with community clients, support workers and families.
- Report any safety or installation issues promptly.
- Trustworthy and accountable.
- Punctual, reliable and has a good attendance record.
- Perform other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in working in a scheduling and service environment in which direct client contact has been required.
- Excellent English language speaking, reading and writing skills. Other languages, an asset.
- Professional phone manner

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient with MS Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint, is an asset.
- Well Organized and a team player
- Must be able to read and understand maps have a good understanding of the

Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Geography
- Good customer service skills and able to prioritize workload
- Exceptional customer service skills, including: can effectively listen, strong problem
- solving skills, flexibility, can work efficiently and has strong time-management skills.
- High School Diploma completed or recognized equivalent.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
