**Client Services Coordinator, Social Enterprise**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Enterprise, the Client Services Coorindator, Social Enterprise will be responsible for the day-to-day social components of the program. This includes providing 1:1 support to address the needs of Construct Trainees, developing employment goals/outcomes and performance tracking. The applicant must be willing to address issues head on and actively seek ways to support program participants. This person must be a team player - participating in team meetings, providing new ideas on how to enhance and improve the program, as well as being flexible in completing various tasks as needed with a consistency and within the values, goals and mission of the organization.

**What does a Client Services Coordinator do?**
- Serve as the social arm of the program, providing mental health support, daily check-ins, and coaching to ensure the health and safety of all participants.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with trainees, offering informal counseling to foster independence and healthy partnerships.
- Collaborate with program managers and support staff to ensure comprehensive participant support, including career planning, employment skill development, and coordination with program partners for job opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with private employment partners to establish a direct employment pipeline for program graduates, while also engaging past graduates to foster a sense of community.
- Work closely with on-site staff to address underlying issues, utilizing effective conflict resolution skills and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training when necessary.
- Connect participants with community supports and services, exploring new opportunities to enhance program resources and support offerings, while assisting clients in navigating available community resources.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as needed to contribute to the overall success and growth of the program.

**What you bring to the table**
- Minimum Bachelor of Social Work Degree or equivalent combination of Bachelor level education and experience.
- 1-2 years work experience in a social service field.
- Knowledge of community resources available in York/Durham Region and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), time management, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with learning management systems (Learn Dash) and social media an asset.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening police check required.
- Valid Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

**Salary information: $60,000-$70,000**
