**Job Description Summary**: As a Clinical Applications Specialist - Mammography, you will be responsible for driving and executing the clinical and educational processes and programs while developing strong relationships within clinical customer accounts.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective based systeM/Feature training and education support for customer accounts over an extended period while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities and benefits.
- Execute training through rigorous implementation of skill checklists and assessments and drive thorough recording of outcomes. Communicate results to broad constituency.
- Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
- Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing training needs.
- Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues and specialty training requests.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Must have active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications.
- Current clinical/ technical experience in hospital/clinic setting with demonstrated proficiency in the Mammography modality.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively (including overnights & some weekends) within your specified geographic region and nationally, and into the US for internal training.
- Ability to communicate effectively using local language (English), Bilingual French an asset.
- Previous Clinical Applications or instructing experience an asset.
