Sommaire de la position

Responsable pour un support à la clientèle d’excellence en prenant en charge les demandes techniques interne et externe Cette position sera durant les heures régulière de jour avec des rotations pour les appels d’urgences le soir ou les fins de semaine pour supporter les demandes par téléphone, courriels et et autres outils. Doit communiquer de façon efficace avec tous les départements et ses équipiers. Travaille avec une supervision mínimale et met à jour l’équipe de direction et ses équipiers

- Effectue le dépannage à distance des produits de contrôle électronique.
- Offrir du support technique prévente à nos clients incluant sélection de composants dessins CAD, numéro de pièces et références croisées de nos compétiteurs
- Offrir du support technique après-vente pour l’installation et les démarrages, aide au diagnostic et résolution des problèmes sur les sites.
- Fournir du support au service à la clientèle et l’équipe des ventes incluant l’identification des produits, réparation, sélection des composants, création de numéros de pièces, dimensionnement de produit/sélection.
- Maintenir la littérature technique et le matériel de support. Fournir sur les requis de produits et les spécifications.
- Analyser les problèmes des clients, les opportunités de valeur ajoutée et d’ingénierie et les améliorations au produit.
- Développement et exécution des programmes communications et de plan spéciaux de mise en marché.- Faire le suivi journalier, hebdomadaire et mensuel des activités et l’implémentation de procédés d’amélioration.
- Doit maintenir le plus haut degré de service à la clientèle, rendement et qualité.
- Participer aux activités ‘’lean’’ et équipe haute performance de la division.

**Qualifications**
- Éducation post secondaire technique (en électricité, système ordiné ou ingénierie mécanique, mécanique du bâtiment)
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un domaine technique serait préférable
- Expérience avec des contrôles industriels ou commercial et ou de la programmation logicielle
- Habiletés Informatiques (MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, MS Teams, Zoom.)
- Excellente compréhension avec l’habileté de comprendre, décrire et discuter de problèmes de nature techniques
- Compétence technique en électricité et ou les systèmes
- Connaissances en Réfrigération/Climatisation et CO2 seraient très appréciées

**Responsibilities**- Perform remote diagnostics of electronic controls.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to our customers including component sizing and selection, CAD model / drawing, part number selection, and competitor cross references.
- Provide post-sales technical support including installation and startup assistance, diagnostic assistance and resolution of field issues.
