About the Role

Bell Flight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class after-delivery support to our customers and operators around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and business expertise to ensure customers receive exceptional support and service.
  • Receive, interpret, and respond to customer inquiries and requests, utilizing technical publications and product support tools.
  • Follow established operating procedures to provide front-line customer support and ensure world-class customer service.
  • Collaborate with various departments within Bell Flight to ensure customers receive the best possible service and solution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul procedures for our helicopters.
  • Process and respond to customer email correspondence, demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Represent Bell Flight at conferences and other special events, promoting our brand and products.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • College Degree in Aerospace or related field.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence or International Equivalencies.
  • Experience in helicopter operation and/or electrical/avionic systems.
  • Advanced ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international governing aviation agencies.
  • Ability to interpret engineering design drawings and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office, and aptitude for proficiency in other software.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to travel outside the country approximately 5% of the time.
