Purileaf is a cannabis company located in Niagara Falls, Canada, licensed for standard processing under
Canada’s federal Cannabis Act and its Regulations (purileaf.ca). Purileaf’s core business operations include contract processing and co-packing for other licensed producers (“LPs”), as well as the manufacture of premium cannabis oil and extract-based products for commercialization across Canada.

Purileaf develops cutting edge products by bringing on industry experts with extensive cannabis processing capabilities and leveraging our team’s existing expertise in engineering and science. We support cross-functional learning and provide opportunities for employees to get involved in all aspects of our business.

**We are seeking a Territory Manager for Ontario/Maritimes. **This TM will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing efforts within the assigned territory. This position will actively pursue retail opportunities and drive the sales and execution on the frontline for Purileaf brands This is a fast-paced sales opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and has an entrepreneurial drive to get things done. This role will report to the sales and marketing manager and will require traveling as appropriate.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth and market share within territory
- Establish strong relationships with retail staff based on trust and your cannabis expertise
- Focus on brand awareness and finding opportunities to grow our brands
- Ensure strong in-store distribution and brand visibility verses our competitors
- Provide Product knowledge session to Budtenders and store staff as appropriate
- Execute and achieve sales targets within assigned territory
- Adhere to pre-planning and monthly targets
- Participate in community events and trade shows as appropriate
- Resolve customer complaints with customers. Do appropriate investigation and find proper resolutions
- Consistently monitor your territory trends to find opportunity and track results
- Execute at a high level all programs as per sales plan

**Qualifications**:

- Results driven/hunter type with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Clean drivers extract and police record
- Proven track record of working independently and remotely
- Knowledgeable about cannabis regulations and guidelines
- Able to lift 30-40 lbs
- Available to work some weekends and evenings

**Experience**:

- Experience in creatively growing brand awareness
- 5+ years’ experience in sales (Alcohol/Cannabis/Tobacco industry an asset)
- Proven track record of executing monthly sales initiatives and driving sales growth
- Ability to use data to drive business growth in assigned territory
- Understand basic merchandising and marketing initiatives that enable strong visibility for our brands
