ary Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for all maintenance related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family s

ting. Key Duties and Respons
- ies - Must be involved in maintenance work pertaining to residential units; be available on call on a rotating basis to deal with problems that occur after hours and
- weekends - Manage tenant requests including proper follow up to ensure satisfaction an
