We currently have an opening in the **Greater Toronto Area** **, ON** for a:
**IMS Coordinator**

The IMS Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and continual development of the Kenaidan’s Integrated Management System consisting of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 45001.

**Responsibilities**:
**Program Maintenance and Monitoring**
- Continually promote the program to staff as required, including orientation for new hires.
- Assist Department Managers in the development of new procedures, forms, revisions and the development and implementation of new department initiatives as it relates to the IMS.
- Ensure that new documents are properly posted in the IMS in SharePoint and that applicable staff are made aware of changes.
- Visit project sites regularly to ensure compliance to the IMS.
- In conjunction with the Quality Manager, develop annual plan for the department and quarterly reporting on status of plan.
- Assist in the development of online systems used to improve the management and tracking of information related to the IMS system.
- Prepare bimonthly reports and statistics on the performance of the IMS system, compliance requirements, objectives and targets etc.

**Continuous Improvement Opportunity Program**
- Continually promote the CIO Process across the company to ensure that CIO’s are generated regularly.
- Assist Department Managers as required in the timely closeout of all CIO’s.

**Internal and External Auditing**
- Identify internal auditors and arrange appropriate training.
- Develop and circulate internal audit schedule to KCL internal audit team.
- Develop internal audit plans for departments and projects and distribute to audit team ensuring that all auditing requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 48001 standards are met.
- Solicit audit reports and ensure completion on a timely basis.
- Assist in reviewing audit results and determine what recommendations should be categorized as a CIO.
- Conduct random audits as required in preparation for External Audits.
- Coordinate regular audits with our third-party auditor.
- Ensure that third-party compliance audits are conducted as required.
- Assist in following up with the various departments on the closeout of recommendations received, resulting from both internal and external audits.

**Sub-Contractor Evaluations and Feedback**
- Prepare and distribute subcontractor/supplier surveys and summarize the results to Management.
- Prepare Subcontractor Evaluations for Site Project Management & Field Operations on projects nearing completion.

**Educational requirements**:

- Post secondary education in Administrative or Quality studies.
- ISO Lead Auditor Training is preferred

**Experience**:
A minimum of 2 years working with ISO Registrations.

**Skills**:

- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Problem solving skills - responsiveness, inventiveness, competitiveness, ability to use good judgement in making decisions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
