**Invoice Administrator**

Our client in Cambridge is seeking an Invoice & Document Control Administrator to assist them on a full-time basis. This temporary position will be 6 weeks with opportunity for extension. If you’re experienced with administrative work, invoicing in SAP, using excel, or Accounts Payable - we’d love to speak to you

**Responsibilities include,**
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices
- Invoicing clients in SAP
- Obtaining quotes from vendors and providing cost comparisons
- Data entry within Excel
- Updating CRM database
- Providing support at the reception desk
- Assisting with planning events, tradeshows
- Arranging meetings, ordering office supplies

**Requirements include,**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is required, such as Office Admin, Invoicing or Accounts Payable
- Previous experience with SAP is an asset
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude, likes to help other departments as needed
- Self-motivated, works well with little supervision
- Available for training in-office from 9 am - 4 pm initially
