**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with Indigenous organizations and leaders within the province of Saskatchewan to spot opportunities that leverage and optimize impact
- Promote and lead community activities that support values alignment and furthers Affinity’s commitment to Truth & Reconciliation
- Work closely with core business groups at Affinity to ensure the integration of initiatives throughout the organization
- Engage in all phases of community development programming through supporting and coordinating outreach activities and events participation
- As a brand champion, you support outreach activities that increases brand awareness through sponsorships and partnership opportunities

**What you’ve got**:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in community relations, development, and engagement with community-based organizations, including Indigenous communities
- The ability to conduct and use research to innovate our processes
- Experience working within the economic reconciliation space is an asset
