Position Type: Full-Time Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership, including all Sales and Marketing programs and bulletins
- Maintains current information of financing and extended warranty programs to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used good equipment.
- Supports the inventory, sale & fulfilment of products and/or services to meet customer needs with a concentration on the golf & other business to business segments
- Maximizes retail profits through effective sales techniques, expert product knowledge, and inventory controls
- Fields questions and providing recommendations to customers, ensuring impeccable customer service
- Builds and maintains relationships and a professional appearance and demeanour
- Monitors competitive activity/products and communicates to management in a timely manner
- Promotes any other goods, or services, that the Company has to offer. Be informed of company promotions, or special events in all departments.
- Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Manager
- Will need to develop product knowledge base across multiple brands
- Follows company policies, including Health & Safety and confidentiality of customers and proprietary information. Works in a way to promote safety of themselves and co-workers. Complies with all legal requirements.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- A competitive, self-starter, who is disciplined and goal orientated
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of turf equipment and industry trends
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to maintain or upgrade technical skills when training is necessary
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Ability to tow a trailer and demonstrate equipment
- Valid Passport required
- Ability to travel overnight and attend training out of country as required
- Passion and commitment to overall growth of the business
