About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at White Cap Canada Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0-2 Years of Sales Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-Driven and Motivated: A strong desire to succeed and meet or exceed sales targets is essential.
