Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Grade 12 Experience Twelve (12) months previous experience working with a major telephone system (e.g., Meridian, SL-1, or equivalent).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic computer skills. Basic keyboarding skills (25 wpm). Communication and interpersonal skills. Other Information 78hrs. A high degree of accuracy is required.

Basic computer skill level is required and will help you be successful working in our various computer systems including Excel and Microsoft Word.

Being a 24/7 Department, the ability to work nights is required.

Relief Switchboard Operators, orientate between RGH, PAS and WRC, working no less than 3 hours, and no more than 11.

Switchboard Operators are required to work independently with minimal to no supervision, following set processes as laid out by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Department.

This responsible position requires Switchboard staff to receive and respond to various CODES depending on the area you are working.
