Our Operations team oversees the support and growth of our Chair and Member community including onboarding, training, and development.

The Speaker Programs Administrator will provide support to TEC’s Speaker team who are responsible for scheduling the global speaker community for TEC Chairs (Executive Coaches). This individual will have the opportunity to assist in shaping the overall TEC Canada learning experience for TEC members and will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build strong relationships with the Chairs (Executive Coaches) to understand the needs and assess the right fit of the speaker that will engage and positively impact our TEC member groups.
- Partner with the Chairs to coordinate meeting dates & speaker requests while actively engaging in group program planning for speakers and resources.
- Support the rest of the speaker planning team with any other administrative duties as required.
- Updating honorariums for speakers, updating their profiles, and any other duties required in our systems.
- Welcoming new speakers to our specific expense processes software and assisting any other speakers with any other submissions as needed.
- Supporting our travel agent to assist with finding meeting locations for group meetings.
- Understand TEC Canada’s programs and model and how they impact learning paths.
- Work collaboratively with the team to coordinate efforts and capitalize on opportunities with the community as it pertains to learning and development.
- Evaluate existing and new processes to suggest opportunities to enhance quality and efficiencies.
- Support an environment of cross-department collaboration, knowledge sharing and learning.
- Assist with other projects and duties as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS***:

- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Excellent time management and organization skill set, follow up to ensure other people’s contributions are on schedule; anticipate problems and ensures contingency plans are available and action if needed to meet deadlines.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven professional communication skills.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities while performing quality work in an efficient manner with mínimal supervision.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Dynamics, and Outlook
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Bilingual French and English would be considered an asset but not required.
