Overview:
We are seeking to fill the position of President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all departments. This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive organizational growth and success
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals
- Lead and manage all operational functions, including finance, human resources, marketing, sales, and production
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the company's performance and identify areas for improvement
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and optimizing processes across all departments
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Provide guidance and support to department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in hospitality management
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principles
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Pay: $38.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
