**Nano Digital** is looking for an experienced, creative, and skilled Paid Search & Social Campaign Manager to partner with - a PPC Expert, someone with a passion and love for managing PPC campaigns.

If you live and breathe PPC, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a PPC Specialist to create, optimize and report on client digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be directly responsible for leading the creation of new campaigns and strategies, optimizing existing client campaigns to boost performance and providing detailed monthly reports to clients to improve retention.

Keep in mind that this is a long-term partnership opportunity, not a traditional full time role. Along with competitive compensation, you will have very high autonomy and independence with the ability to make your own hours & you will have the opportunity to increase compensation as our client list increases. We are looking for a long-term partner interested in exponential growth together

As for us? Nano Digital is an award-winning PPC marketing agency based out of Toronto. We work with a wide range of industries, from small physio clinics to large multinational car companies. Our founder, Brendon, started his career working at Google Ads helping clients and other large agencies improve their Google Ads performance. From working at Google Ads and learning best practices from the Google developers, he started his own agency around 3 years ago and we have been growing rapidly ever since.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimizing existing PPC accounts to drive results
- using/dismissing recommendations
- keyword maintenance (adding negative keywords, removing underperforming keywords, adding new keywords, changing match types)
- Adjusting budget allocations
- Creating/testing new campaigns and strategies in poorly performing accounts
- Presenting results to clients via monthly reporting
- After optimizing accounts via the steps above monthly:

- Use Data studio template to create monthly PDF performance reports (will teach, easy to do)
- Write short description for client outlining performance results, long term goals & KPIs, campaign changes/adjustments and any other valuable info.
- Creating and building out new PPC campaigns (Google Ads + Facebook Ads) (in the future)

Qualifications:

- Digital Marketing: 2 years
- Google Ads: 1-2 years
- Facebook Ads: 1-2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with a team
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
- A strong understanding and experience in digital ads best practices, industry standards and how to set KPIs to reach client goals.
- Passionate about PPC management and the end-user
- Agency experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
