**About The Role**:
Water Matrix is currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** to add to our growing team. The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for day to day operations associated with our turn key water fixture installation programs. Day to Day Responsibilities are outlined below:

- Schedule building audits/inspections/retrofits/installations/service calls with onsite staff
- Maintain electronic scheduling calendars & project tracking spreadsheets
- Assign daily work to techs/crews
- Act as the main point of contact for customers/site staff during project completion to ensure service quality and on time project progression.
- Track and document all issues related to each project using ZOHO CRM
- Coordinate project/service product deliveries and returns with the warehouse staff
- Issue order confirmations using ERP (accounting software)
- Collect audit/inspection/retrofit/installation/service data from crews/techs
- Use collected data to prepare reports for stakeholders including but not limited to customers, sales and accounting
- Track product deliveries/used/returns/broken for each project
- Develop & maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of company policies, operating procedures and products
- Participate in the refinement and improvement of operational processes, systems and product delivery requirements
- Problem solve and provide solutions acting as a contributor
- Cross-train across various operational functions

**About You**:

- **Minimum 3 years **Operations or Project Coordination/Project Mgmt. experience
- Experience within the construction industry is an asset - Experience in the plumbing industry is highly desired
- Customer service experience
- A true problem solver and solutions focused thinker
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is key
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, multi task and follow up

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
