**Please note: This position will be in office, and we require availability from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am - 5:30pm. Only those who can accommodate this will be considered.**

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries by relaying relevant and accurate information;
- Provide the best customer service by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues;
- Act as a brand ambassador by possessing strong brand and product knowledge;
- Follow procedures and criteria to generate a high quality of service to customers.

**What you bring to the team**:

- 1 year experience in customer service (call center is an asset);
- Ability to handle difficult customers and show empathy;
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills;
- Perfect bilingualism (written and spoken);
- Ability to self-manage and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
