Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new markets and selling our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, analyzing market trends, and closing sales deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Meet regularly with sales management to provide updates on sales activities and performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business sales
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in outside sales or account management is preferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Technical knowledge or aptitude to understand complex technology solutions

Note: This position is a full-time role with regular travel required to meet with clients in the field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
