**Department Overview**
- TD Auto Finance is a division within TD Business Banking. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic & rapidly growing business focused on providing a robust array of automotive financing options to meet our customers' needs as well as the needs of our dealer partners
- Dealer Finance Group provides Floor Plan & Lease Financing for Dealerships throughout Canada. The Dealer Finance Group works closely with our TDAF Commercial Banking Centers and their automotive dealer clients to provide exceptional service to automotive dealership clients.
- Operations team within DFG is specifically responsible for supporting dealer floorplan and wholesale lease transactions. The team supports our customers in their day to day funding needs and works closely & collaboratively with other internal stakeholders within the Bank.
- The role is primarily focused on Wholesale Lease with the opportunity to also service DFG's floorplan business as applicable and as time permits
- Act as quarterback for customer service issues, working with support groups, and providing communication back to customer/group accordingly.- Provide guidance and support to customers on use and functionality of lease request process within inventory management system
- Daily monitoring of client lease funding requests to ensure processing is completed in a timely manner and escalation of any exceptions, as appropriate to the Team Manager
- Review of lease requests supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to credit and lease policy requirements
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner, for back-up documents to support lease requests, as applicable
- Communication with back office to ensure all funding are accurately processed
- Monthly review of lease billing statement to ensure accuracy
- Work with the Wholesale Finance Team on projects/tasks as assigned/applicable
- Minimize risk and maximize efficiency by adhering to operational standards and procedures, documenting processes and recommending process improvements; and keeping abreast of procedural changes.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.
- Ensure timely completion of unit’s administration, control, reporting and compliance activities

**Job Requirements**

Education- Bachelor - preferred

Experience- Ideally 3 to 5 year’s previous commercial credit, wholesale lease or floor plan finance within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Word / Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookup skills) is required
