We are Edmonton’s answer to “where can we eat that we’ll enjoy” With quality drinks, a diverse globally inspired menu, exceptional staff, we strive to make restaurant guest dining experience one they will remember.**

**We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de partie to lead our kitchen team. Chef de partie will be working closely with the Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations in the restaurant.**
- **Proven communication skills. comfortable speaking and explaining dishes. Eager for challenges and willing to work for long hours when needed.**:

- **Managing food cost & budgeting; proficiency in how to write and cost recipes; comfortable maintaining food cost targets; values maximum product utilization**:

- **As a Chef de partie, you will be expected to expedite busy service maintaining standards of quality, responding to all issues to ensure a smooth service; equipment and facilities maintenance is a priority**:

- **Know and enforce all local health department sanitation laws. Work with the Chef to create and implement menus., assess food portion size, visual appeal, taste and temperature of items served.**:

- **Check all stations at the end of every shift for proper food storage and sanitation, Check food purchases for proper ordering, quality and price structure**:

- **This position will spend 100% of the time standing**

**Occasional environmental exposures to cold heat and water**
**Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 50 pounds regularly**
**Manual dexterity required to use knives and kitchen appliances.**
- **Have an understanding of the restaurant's cuisine.**:
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
