The Airport Message Coordinator is responsible for efficiently coordinating and disseminating important messages and information within the airport premises. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Airport Message Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between various airport departments, airlines, ground staff, and passengers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and disseminate important messages, announcements, and updates to airport staff, airlines, and passengers.

3. Maintain a comprehensive database of contact information for airport personnel, airlines, and other relevant stakeholders.

4. Collaborate with various airport departments to ensure accurate and timely communication of important information.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and protocols.

6. Provide assistance and support to passengers by answering inquiries, providing directions, and resolving issues related to airport services.

7. Monitor flight information display systems (FIDS) and public address systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to passengers.

8. Collaborate with airport operations to communicate important day-of related messages and updates.

9. Maintain a log of all messages and communications for future reference and analysis.

10. Stay updated with airport policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and consistent communication.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in communication, public relations, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in a customer service or communication role, preferably in an airport or similar fast-paced environment.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of messages.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

7. Familiarity with flight information display systems (FIDS) and public address systems is an advantage.

8. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.54 per hour
