**The impact you'll make**:
The Intermediate Art Director will be instrumental in bringing high concept campaign ideas to life through a multiple of channels, touchpoints and retail windows.

Responsible for work that doesn’t just drive awareness and conversion, but also moves at the pace of culture, you will raise the bar on idea-driven work that gets results with a lens towards social and content creation.

Through day-to-day functions, the Production Designer-Campaigns contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.

**What you'll do**:

- Create big ideas and killer work that will make Saje unignorable.
- Ensure the brand’s purpose is actioned consistently with deep attention to the brand’s tone and personality.
- Partner with a copywriter to work as a team to provide campaign ideas that are applicable through the CX, but with a focus on social ideas and content creation.
- Manage projects through production (film, motion, social, print) with supervision.
- Forge strong cross-functional relationships for a thorough understanding of asset requirements.
- Prepare internal presentations to pitch concepts and designs, solicit feedback, build stakeholder consensus, and secure approvals.
- Accountable for deliverable presentation quality and accuracy, spell checks included.
- Push design boundaries - adding an element of play & innovation when working on mood boards and ideating with your colleagues.
- Elevating Saje’s aesthetic through the innovative use of art direction and design.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Confidence in problem solving, speaking up, engaging as an active member of Creative team.
- Collaborating with peers to share learnings and experience and mentoring as requested.
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, creative leaders, and the competitive landscape.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience, either in-agency or brand-side.
- Experience working in brand platforms and demonstrate an understanding crafting copy in service to the brand’s tone of voice.
- Solution-oriented, positive and curious - you don’t hesitate to roll-up your sleeves to get it done.
- Experience managing multiple projects at a time, with the ability to present work in a clear and creative manner.
- Work efficiently and quickly on your own and pull from a large library of cultural adjacencies.
- While category experience isn’t a necessity, ideally, you’ve worked on a beauty, retail, cpg, health, or wellness brand.
- Fluent in (creation, craft and execution) of multiple mediums but with a focus on content, social and pr-able campaigns and ideas. Shooting, editing and motion design a plus.

The compensation range for this position is from **$65,000 - 85,000** annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
