Human Resources/talent Acquisition Manager

Responsible for all human resource activities including full cycle recruitment, compensation, employment relations, skills training and development
- Responsible to build/establish/update organizational policies, processes and practices
- Provide proactive HR support and services aligned to the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic / business plans.
- Coach and support managers in effective onboarding, performance management, investigate claims and resolve conflict resolution issues
- Provide support to high volume recruiting and retention practices as needed, including but not limited to, creation of job postings, interviewing, onboarding, restaurant ops introduction, etc.
- Collaborate with immigration consultants to support temporary foreign worker programs and ensure administrative compliance with these programs
- Oversee and administer company housing
- Foster a company environment that is inclusive and every voice is welcome, heard and respected
