**Form and Build Supply Inc. **is the leading distributor in the Ontario construction industry for Concrete related and Masonry Specialty products. In this role, you will be part of the Accounting team that supports our Accounts Payable activities.
Working out of our Head Office location in London Ontario you will be responsible for performing the following job duties:
- Record and process all company accounts payables
- Verify, enter and post AP transactions to the correct g/l account in accordance with company payment procedures
- Process cheque runs
- Review, research and resolve any unusual accounts payable requests or disputed transactions.
- Filing
- Match Purchase Orders to Vendor Invoices
- Assisting and resolving staff and vendor queries
- Assisting with month end reporting procedures
- Process mail
- Providing other support within the Accounting Department as required
- Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Highly analytical with great attention to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and meet frequent deadlines
- Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated strong computer skills and aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; with some flexibility required.
